Thenandal Studio Ltd (TSL) has released a game on Facebook Messenger called Mersal Match Meter, and we played the game. We played a the game and we found some interesting stories about Mersal.
Here are the things we found from the game we played:

From the details we already have, we know that one of the twin Vijay's, Maaran, is a doctor and the other is a magician. So we safely speculate that Maaran is actually a medical student and the magician Vijay is the working professional. What do you think?
